It’s a new year. Welcome 2020!

Sungate Neighbors, Inc. wants to remind residents that annual association fees are due at the beginning of each year. While these dues aren’t mandatory, we hope residents see the benefit of being an active member of our association.

Association dues are used to keep common areas and entrances landscaped, watered, mowed and free of trash. Dues also pay for repairs made to the boundary wall.

Sungate homeowners benefit most when they join the neighborhood association. Association members can also participant in monthly board of directors meetings and vote on Sungate business at the annual meeting.

Dues do not support the Sungate Pool. The pool is self-funded through memberships and concession income.
