    It’s a new year. Welcome 2020!

    Sungate Neighbors, Inc. wants to remind residents that annual association fees are due at the beginning of each year. While these dues aren’t mandatory, we hope residents see the benefit of being an active member of our association. Association dues are used to keep common areas and entrances landscaped, watered, mowed and free of trash. Dues also pay for repairs made to the boundary wall. Sungate homeowners benefit most when they join the neighborhood association. Association members can also participant in monthly board of directors meetings and vote on Sungate business at the annual meeting. Dues do not support the Sungate Pool.     Annual Luau Party!

    Join us for our annual luau party on Friday, August 2, from 6- 9 p.m. We have a full evening planned with a special surprise visit from Betty Blue Photo Bus from 6 to 8 p.m. Come ready in your best luau gear for the best dressed contest at 6 p.m. Then enjoy a luau dinner of bbq sandwiches, fruit, chips and potato salad.     4th of July Celebration

    The Sungate Pool 4th of July Celebration is a long-running tradition. We start the day with a neighborhood bike/wagon decorating contest beginning at 9 a.m. and then follow with a fire engine led parade at 9:30 a.m. Even if you don’t participate in the parade, you won’ want to miss the fire ladder to hose down the crowd.
