    Wall Replacement Work

You have probably noticed that the boundary wall along Sheridan south of 55th street has been removed. Association dues are used to keep common areas and entrances landscaped, watered, mowed and free of trash. Dues also pay for repairs made to the boundary wall. Sungate homeowners benefit most when they join the neighborhood association.
