Keeping Sungate Beautiful: Dues fund the landscaping, mowing, and general upkeep of our neighborhood entrances and park areas. A major bonus: the HOA covers the mowing and trash cleanup along 51st Street and Sheridan Road, tasks that would otherwise fall on the shoulders of adjacent property owners! We also help fund vital repairs and maintenance for our boundary walls and fences.

Building Neighborhood Traditions: Your contributions directly fund the events that make Sungate feel like a true community. This includes our annual 4th of July parade, the fall block party, and two community-wide yard sale weekends each year (followed immediately by access to free dumpsters provided through a city cleanup program).

Exclusive Pool Perks: Association members enjoy guaranteed pool membership at a specially discounted rate.

Staying Connected: Dues cover the essential administrative costs of keeping everyone informed. This includes moderating the Sungate Neighbors Facebook page and printing this quarterly newsletter, which our volunteers hand-deliver to every single home in the neighborhood.
