Sungate Neighbors Association Dues

Sungate homeowner’s association dues remain at $130 a year ($10.83 a month). Your annual dues help fund the maintenance of the park around the pool, the landscaped entrances on 51st St and on Sheridan, as well as repairs to the brick wall.

Unfortunately, the dues we receive do not cover our annual expenses. Profits from the pool are used to offset those expenses. At this rate, we won’t be able to continue to maintain and repair the wall very much longer. We need everyone’s support.
