Pool Work Day: April 1

Your help is needed. We save money when volunteers help us with seasonal pool setup. SNI is having a work day on April 1. Work will include pumping out the pools and scrubbing the floors and walls, putting out the chairs and attaching the shade structures. It’s possible this date could change due to contractor scheduling of any needed repairs.

Garage Sale: April 21-23

Sungate coordinates a neighborhood-wide yard sales. Banners are hung at the neighborhood entrances beginning the week before and ads are placed in the local paper and in online sources. Residents are welcome to start their sales on Thursday. Dumpsters will be scheduled for the week following the neighbor garage sale so that residents can discard of unwanted items.

Pool Open House: May 27

Enjoy a free day at the pool! The Sungate Pool opens for the season on Saturday, May 27 and Sungate residents are invited to enjoy the day with us, no membership needed. Enjoy food, entertainment, door prizes and more.
