Last day of 2023 pool season. Goodbye summer!

Bring the family out for an unforgettable pumpkin patch… the floating kind! Buy some pumpkins. Come and go, and hang out with us. Wade in the baby pool or take a plunge in the big pool.

The Fall Fest is back but this time we are changing things up. Enjoy the second day of the pumpkin plunge, plus inflatables, $1 hot dogs, and discount concession items. Plus a visit from the Tulsa Police Department and residents will be entered into a drawing to win 2024 HOA dues.

Please the save the date and plan to join us for the Sungate Neighbors Inc. Annual Membership Meeting. Tuesday, November 14 at 6:30 pm at Parkview Baptist Church at 58th & Sheridan. 

Learn about pool memberships, swim lessons and pool parties. Staff will be on hand to answer questions. No lifeguards on duty. Baby pool will be available for wading.

Hours opening weekend are 1 - 8 pm (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

Marshall Family Food Truck is kicking off the summer with their tasty creations.

V'Fresco Tacos will be serving up authentic tacos.

Teams of two, ages 12 and older, will play for prizes in this double elimination tournament.
