Annual Neighborhood Meeting is held in November. Reports on activities and financials for the year are presented and major business is voted on.

Board of Directors Monthly Meetings are usually the fourth Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the pool office. These meetings are open to any Sungate resident.

Fourth of July Parade and Pool Party is held at the pool and includes a bike parade around the park, swimming races, water games and other fun events.

Annual Block Party tradition has changed over the years and more recently has became a Halloween event. Kids can enjoy carnival like activities as well as a costume contest and trick-or-treating.

Neighborhood Garage Sales are held from time to time, usually once or twice a year.

Free Dumpsters are provided as a neighborhood service, usually twice a year, so that unwanted items can be discarded.

Pool Open House is a good way to visit the pool and learn more before becoming a member. A Open House is typically scheduled about a week before the pool officially opens.
